CMG Welcomes Author James Benjamin
"Benjamin's book is a not just a revealing look of his journey but the faith it takes to survive," says Cyrus Webb, President of Conversations Media Group. "We are excited to take the next step in sharing Benjamin's story and the inspiration it offers to all of us."
About the book author James Benjamin says this: " I honor God for giving me this word for his people. While being incarcerated I experienced God like never before. All that I have been through in my life God told me to write it down because my life is a testimony to the next person. We as people of God need to be able to detect the many different disguises of the enemy. In this book I am going to expose the enemy. I'm going to bring to the light the many different disguises and faces that the enemy has set for the people of God to lose their focus. Satan is present and evident and present in the world today and unless we recognize his disguises we will be unable to defeat him."

Mississippi Native Cyrus Webb Announces New Web Show
After an almost seven year absence from in front of the camera Mississippi native Cyrus Webb announces his return as the host of a new web show called "Conversations with Cyrus Webb".
Known by many as the host of Conversations LIVE the radio show, Editor-In-Chief of Conversations Magazine and the President of Conversations Book Club Webb,37, will be bringing the many components of the Conversations brand together visually 5 days a week beginning July 1, 2013.
"It just feels like the right time," says Webb. He was approached by Dwight "D. C." White of History Records and Entertainment about the show in February. "D.C. and I have worked together many times over the past decade. I agreed with him that there was a real need for something like Conversations on air." Plans began to be made about the show and "Conversations with Cyrus Webb" was born.
Webb is not new to televised programs. From 2004 to 2006 he hosted a weekly show on Jackson, MS' ABC affiliate 16 WAPT called "Conversations with C. A. Webb." Though the show was well-received, in 2006 Webb stepped away to focus on the magazine and building the co-ed book club. He would later tape segments to air on Jackson's Channel 18, however, he was mostly M.I.A. on television over the next several years.
Co-produced by Webb and Calhoun, "Conversations with Cyrus Webb" will include interviews, book features and discussions of issues that matter to Webb and that he believes others will find informative and enjoyable as well.
To celebrate the new program Webb is pleased to announce there will be a live taping in front of an audience of the first few shows on Sat. March 30th beginning @ 11a.m. at the Pearl Public Library (2416 Old Brandon Road * Pearl, MS). Admission to the taping is free, however, those who want to participate in being a part of the audience will need to arrive no later than 11a.m. Guests for the taping will be Glenda Hunter (abuse survivor and author of the book THE UNSPEAKABLE SECRET, actor/entrepreneur Kenyon Glover, reality star Bigg Marv (A&E's HAMMERTIME) and recording artist Ziggy.
For more information about the show or the upcoming live taping contact Cyrus Webb at cawebb4@juno.com or 601.896.5616. You can also visit www.cyruswebbpresents.com or www.conversationsmediagroup.com.

Gospel Blue Mic Assoc., in association with Star Radio, is pleased to announce the launch of its new program: The Derek Dunn Show!
"This is something that was a natural fit for Star Radio," says Charles Clark, President of Nebo Media Group and Executive Producer of the new show. "Derek Dunn is one of those individuals that have an ear for music and a appreciation for the Gospel. This program will give listeners both."
Derek Dunn, the preacher's kid from Virginia, is now not only a Gospel Blue M.I.C. award winner but a three-time winner of Star Radio Music Awards. In spite of the success, Dunn believes all of what he is achieving now in his career is because of where his focus has been since the beginning.
His overall mission: To inspire people to live for God. Over the past 30 years he has been not just honing his craft but his relationship with his Heavenly Father as well, and this has catapulted him from singing in his father's church to sharing the stage with celebrated artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond, LaShun Pace Rhodes, Jonathan Nelson, Deitrick Hadden, and Earl Bynum.
The Derek Dunn show will debut on Tuesday April 2nd and will be every Tuesday on Star Radio. It will showcase his unique taste in Gospel music and will focus mainly on Indie Gospel Artists including his main feature of the week.
